Shipping - Returns - Complaints

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Your item(s) will be shipped via PostNL. We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 noon, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to meet this deadline. Sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Track-trace message

You will always receive email notification of the time of shipment. You will receive the track-trace information from DHL in a separate e-mail. In the DHL track-trace screen you can usually adjust your delivery time or choose to pick up your package at a DHL service point near you.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Maison Suku with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Warranty

We care about our products and logically we do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
